With five years of inpatient hospital experience managing administrative and clinical teams, strategy design projects and organizational programs, Mark brings a strong ability to facilitate change and mitigate risk in the dynamic healthcare environment. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he believes in synthesizing team input to create optimal workflows, creative design and best practices. Prior to joining NBBJ, Mark was a quality improvement project manager with Providence Health & Services, providing support for a multitude of performance excellence and patient experience initiatives.
